Using AYMC Kula

AYMC Kula supports the Alchemy Yoga learning community. These terms cover use of the hub, including profiles, discussions, resources, homework, and training records. Alchemy Yoga & Meditation Center operates the hub. For questions, contact ashton@aymcbali.com.

Accounts and access

Provide accurate account information, including your first and last name, and keep your login secure. Use your own account and do not share access credentials.

Creating an account does not guarantee approval, access to a training, or recognition of a qualification. Administrators approve community access and assign training permissions. We may restrict or suspend access when needed to address misuse or protect the community.

Community conduct

Treat other members respectfully. Do not post harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, spam, unlawful material, or another person’s private information without permission. Do not impersonate others, falsify training evidence, or attempt to bypass access controls.

Keep posts relevant to the space in which you share them. Administrators and authorized moderators may remove content that breaches these terms or disrupts the community.

Your contributions

You retain ownership of content you contribute. You give Alchemy Yoga permission to store, display, and share that content with the appropriate hub audience as needed to operate the service. This permission does not authorize us to use your private homework or certificates in public advertising.

Only upload material you own or have permission to share. Consider the audience before posting. Access restrictions cannot prevent another member from taking a screenshot or copying content. Report inappropriate sharing to us.

Training materials

Course resources, recordings, manuals, images, and teaching materials remain the property of their respective owners. Access is for your own learning unless a resource explicitly provides additional permission. Do not redistribute, sell, publicly upload, or share restricted course materials outside the authorized group without permission.

Training records and qualifications

Hours, completion status, and teacher seals reflect records reviewed or assigned by authorized Alchemy Yoga staff. Please report errors so they can be corrected. Uploading a certificate or submitting past hours does not automatically establish completion or award a qualification.

These hub terms do not replace the enrollment, payment, cancellation, or certification conditions of an individual course. Booking through an external provider is subject to the conditions presented for that booking.

Practice and participation

Materials support education and practice within the guidance and prerequisites of the relevant course. Follow your teacher’s instructions and ask when a practice or resource is unclear. The hub does not provide individual medical advice or emergency support.

Availability and account closure

We may update features, correct errors, or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance or security. Keep your own copies of personal certificates and work you need to retain.

You can ask to close your account by contacting ashton@aymcbali.com. Closure and deletion are handled according to the privacy policy. Suspension or hiding of an account does not itself delete its records.

Privacy and changes

Our privacy policy explains how account information and contributions are handled. We may update these terms as the hub develops and will provide notice of material changes where appropriate. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
